AR999Game Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

By accessing ar999game through any device, browser or application, and by registering an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ar999game platform.

When registering on ar999game you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your real name, date of birth, mobile phone number and preferred payment method details. Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You agree to keep your registration information up to date. If any of your details change — particularly your mobile number or payment account details — you must update them in your ar999game account settings promptly. AR999Game is not responsible for failed withdrawals or communications resulting from outdated account information.

AR999Game reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason, including where we reasonably suspect fraudulent intent or where eligibility requirements cannot be confirmed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ar999game account credentials. This includes your password, your linked mobile number and any two-factor authentication method you have enabled. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

AR999Game will never ask you for your password via any communication channel including live chat, email or phone. Any communication claiming to be from ar999game that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

Any activity that takes place on your ar999game account while you are logged in — including bets placed, games played and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. AR999Game is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain secure credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ar999game support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action including temporary account suspension where necessary to protect your balance.

AR999Game accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All balances, bets, wins and losses are denominated in PKR. Supported deposit methods currently include:

The minimum deposit amount on ar999game is Rs 300. AR999Game does not charge fees on deposits. Any transfer fees charged by your mobile wallet or bank provider are outside our control and are the player's responsibility.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person — whether a family member, friend or third party — are not permitted and will be reversed where this is detected. Winnings generated from such deposits will be forfeited.

AR999Game reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before crediting a deposit to your account where there is reason to suspect the source of funds. This is done to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect all players on the platform.

The minimum withdrawal amount on ar999game is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the account used for your most recent deposit where possible.

Withdrawals are processed according to the following standard timelines:

General rules that apply to all ar999game bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Only one welcome bonus per registered account. If you already hold an ar999game account, you are not eligible for a welcome offer.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Any attempt to share, transfer or sell a bonus to another player will result in forfeiture of the bonus and possible account closure.

AR999Game offers betting markets on esports events and sports, including but not limited to CS2, Dota 2, PUBG Mobile, Valorant, League of Legends, cricket and football. The following rules apply specifically to betting markets:

• Pre-match bets are accepted until the event begins. Any bet placed after the official start time of an event will be void.
• Live in-play bets are subject to brief suspension during key in-game events. AR999Game is not responsible for connection interruptions on the player's side that prevent a live bet from being placed.
• Odds are correct at the time of bet placement. AR999Game reserves the right to void a bet at the quoted odds if a manifest error in pricing can be demonstrated — including cases of significantly incorrect odds resulting from a data feed error.
• In the event of a match being cancelled, postponed or declared a no-contest by the official tournament organiser, affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• AR999Game does not accept bets placed by or on behalf of players who have access to insider information about the event being bet on. Any such bets identified will be voided and the account flagged for review.
• Accumulator bets are settled according to the outcome of each individual leg. If one leg is void, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at the revised combined odds.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ar999game and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or registering under a false identity
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Collusion with other players to exploit game mechanics, bonus offers or betting markets
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any manipulation of esports or sports events that ar999game offers markets on
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches or errors on the ar999game platform
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity — including money laundering — through the ar999game platform
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic wagering patterns designed to extract value without genuine gameplay intent
• Using a VPN, proxy or other means to mask your location in a way that misrepresents your eligibility to use ar999game
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or ar999game staff through any platform communication channel

AR999Game takes responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide all registered players with access to the following self-management tools at no cost and without the need to contact support:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
• Session limits — set a time limit on individual gaming sessions
• Cooling-off periods — take a break from ar999game for a defined period of between 1 day and 6 weeks

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings or business opportunity
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failure or third-party service outages outside our control
• Delays in withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses
• Losses sustained as a result of a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to complete identity verification

Nothing in these Terms limits ar999game's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar999game holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of ar999game that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.
